Selection
Juniper picked from the Armenian Highlands is the trademark ingredient of our drink.
Infusion
Rosehip, basil, chamomile, strawberry, wild cherry, peach, and other ingredients are used to achieve specific flavors and give extraordinary sensations.
Distilation
After the infusion, all the ingredients are distilled separately using two types of equipment: Copper Alembic and Column Still distillation equipment.
Coupling
The spirit undergoes a resting period of two weeks, and then the very important part begins. Our master distiller expertly blends the spirits to ensure the same taste and aroma in every batch.
Filtration
Chill filtration is a method of filtering used to remove residue and cloudiness which appears when the spirit drops below a certain temperature or mixed with pure water.
Bottoling
Finally, we have our gin ready to taste with its 3 flavors available.
